SAP FI/CO Team Lead (Long Term Contract or Permanent)

Our global multinational end client in Geneva is now looking for an experienced English speaking SAP Finance/Controlling Team Lead. This will either be a permanent position directly with the end client or a long term contract with Edelway.

THE ROLE
Responsible for leading, planning and designing configuration of SAP FI/CO modules in Europe and North America. You will be responsible for the delivery of the SAP Finance Strategy, the understanding of business challenges and best practices, and translating them into successful solutions.


YOU WILL
Manage, coach and follow-up team members from both on-shore and off-shore locations (Switzerland, USA, India)
Plan and ensure implementation of maintainable and robust FI/CO solutions.
Prioritise projects based on added value to the business and adherence to IT standards.
Ensure off-shore team provides support according to agreed SLAs with key-users community.

Your Profile:
At least 10 years of experience with SAP FI/CO within large/international environments
Experience in Team Management
Experience with implementation / rollout of SAP System
Excellent communication and leadership skills
