Global Payment Services IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

Our multinational client based in the French speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne) is now looking for IT Project Manager / Business Analyst experienced with Payment Services. This will be a permanent position directly with the end client.

We are looking for both junior and senior profiles.

Only English is required, French will be an asset.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and management of critical projects around payment services.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

-The management and delivery of projects (primarily involving the development and implementation of IT systems) to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
-Monitor, manage and report progress throughout the life of the project, correctly identifying and escalating risks, issues, variances, and exceptions to the agreed plan in order to identify where and when additional actions are required to ensure the project remains on track
-Maintains full accountability for plans and finances (actual and forecast)

You need:

Knowledge / Experience with as many fields as possible :
-Merchants, PSP, financial processors, acquirers, emitting banks
-Business processes: cash management, accounts receivables, chargeback’s
-Payment types: credit cards, debit cards, direct debit, PayPal, iDeal, LSV
-Credit card flows and methods: authorize and capture, standalone credit response, follow-on credit response…
-Regulatory environment and industry standards: PCI DSS, 3D Secure, SEPA…
-Multi-channel environment: NCP and CP environment, with strong retail knowledge
-Project Management in a structured environment
-Experience within financial services
