IT Banking Industrialisation Project Manager (Infrastructure & Operations)

Edelway AG is currently looking for an IT Project Manager with strong Application Industrialisation / Process Standardisation experience to join its client, a prestigious private bank based in Geneva.
This will be a long term relation and we are looking for someone keen to work in Geneva on a long term basis (12 months initially).

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the assurance of industrialisation of all vital applications. This includes the definition and alignment of governance, infrastructure and information management processes.

YOU WILL
Ensure production readiness and exploitability for applications projects.
Coordinate application project activities for the Infrastructure and Operations department in conjunction with the dedicated PM and ensure service levels are respected at the delivery of the project.
Ensure industrialisation of all Vital Applications.
Assist TPMs to ensure that industrialisation methods are understood and put into practice for all projects.
Infrastructure and Operations Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for projects and related requests.
Assess and prioritize projects based on capacity, feasibility, risk and planning.
Definition of the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for projects, and manage development and delivery.
Costing and effort estimation.
Ensure adequate communication and information level on the I&O standards.
Coordinates DRP efforts in conjunction with the Disaster Recovery Plan PM and the Business Continuity Plan Manager.
Represent I&O technical project management and coordination in meetings from project initiation through to project delivery.
Provide onsite presence during project release for coordination of the implementation.
I&O project and portfolio management.

YOU NEED
University Degree
Banking industry background (at least 2 years)
ITIL V3 certified
5 years of Project Management experience in IT with at least 3 years in the area of industrialisation.
In depth knowledge of industrialisation methods in I&O environment
Able to manage and coordinate actions, risks and dependencies within a multicultural environment.
Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
