Global SAP HR Project Manager

Our prestigious multinational end client in the French Speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva / Lausanne) is now looking for its Global SAP HR Project Manager (English speaking). This is a permanent position at the client’s headquarter.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the project portfolios of Human Resources including HR modules or any other system defined through the strategic plan.
You will promote business requirements and best practices of its functional area and guarantee achievements of the implementation of the program in respect of budget, plans and quality in each client’s entity (Countries, Factories and HQ.)

YOU WILL:

Project management:

- Ensure that portfolios are effectively aligned with both the Strategic Plan and Human resources business needs together with business needs and Program Management

- Define together with all stakeholders the best approach for each entity.

- Manage project planning and follow-up according to targets. If necessary revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed

- Control and support the implementation of changes in each entity

- Monitor project results against plan and highlight risk or critical issue towards program steering committee

- Plan and ensure effective communication with all local stakeholders with special attention to key milestones

- Ensures that all projects and solutions (both internal and external) are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.

Team Management & Leadership - Coordination and integration activities

- Direct and coordinate activities of project leaders to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget

- Review status reports prepared by project leaders, and oversee the modification of schedules, resources and plans as required.

- Train, develop and support Human Resources Project Leader in their activities

- Set and follow-up objectives of direct reports, define KPIs to monitor effectiveness

- Facilitate introduction of new rules and standardization

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems

- Ensure structured and proactive knowledge transfer with local teams before, during and after implementation

YOUR PROFILE:

- Solid experience in HRIS Project management (customer satisfaction and budget control) with 8 - 10 years experience in HRIS project and change management

- Solid experience with SAP HR implementation on an international scale within multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR system implementation and process standardization within a multinational company involving many countries complex structure and processes.

- Good comprehension of business challenges and capacity to absorb and resolve business problems and implement added-value initiatives and/or solutions.

- Support change management of Human Resources functions

- University Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration Experiences Experience in a team leading position where whole project cycles

- Good communication skills in English, French would be a plus.
