EBUSINESS / MOBILE / SOCIAL MEDIAS FUNCTIONAL LEADER

Our multinational client based in the French speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne) is now looking for an eBusiness / Mobile / Social Medias Functional Leader. This will be a permanent position.

The Role:

Represent eBusiness business requirements:

eCommerce
Mobile platforms (mobile website, native applications (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc…)
Social medias (ecommerce on SM, location aware SM, etc…)
Integration of web and mobile platform as service providers to other sales channels (boutiques, CRC, etc…) and services

Business Process Design:
Model and document As-Is business processes
Define and document To-Be business processes
Take active part in fit-gap reviews, prioritize and approve gaps fulfilment
Review designed solution during design phase and approve business requirements fulfilment

Best practice
Analyze existing Business Process, define improvements or new Business Process
Document BP guidelines
Promote and train on BP
Implementation Support:
Define business scenario for testing and conduct User Acceptance Testing
Contribute to data migration (cleansing and preparation for migration)
Contribute to cutover plan
Report integration issues or gaps in business requirements fulfilment

Training and documentation support
Formalize, promote and ensure the respect of best practices (To-be business processes)
Build the training material in its dedicated area to key users
Train the key users

Your Profile :

University degree from Business School or Engineering school
3-5 years experience in eBusiness business processes.
Functional background in B2C/B2B, eCommerce, Mobile and Social medias
Comprehension of business issues and generation of appropriate analyses
Experience in large implementation projects
Experience in process standardization within an international company
Good analytical and synthesis skills
Perseverance to ensure project follow up and implementation
Proactive and solution finding approach
Good understanding of IT
Solution oriented
Good communication skills in English and French, both written and oral
